Registration under Building and construction workers ( FORM I [See rule 23(1) ] )

 
Procedure to Apply

1. Register yourself on goaonline.gov.in and login.
2. Fill in the application form.
3. Attach relevant documents.
4. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.

Processing time:    Fifteen days (Right of Citizens to Time-bound Delivery of Public Services Act)

Documents required

1.Identity Proof (Pan card, Driving License, Aadhar card,Passport copy)
2. Partnership Deed (In case of Partnership Firm)
3. Memorandum of Association / Article of Association (In case of private limited company)
4. List of Directors (In case of Private Ltd Co.)
5. Work Order (If Pricipal employer is Govt Establishment)
6. Agreement between Principal employer and Contractor (If Principal employer is Govt Est.)
7. Demand draft / Cheque
