1. Visit www.goaonline.gov.in and complete the registration by providing your email ID, mobile number, name, address, and date of birth, followed by OTP verification.

2. After successful registration, log in and go to Profile -> Organisation Profile to create your Business Profile by entering the legal name of the business and validating the Business PAN details.

3. Navigate to Services Menu -> All Services -> Labour and Employment Department -> Renewal of Shops and Establishment.

4. Enter the required details such as registration number and registration date, Application details will be auto fetched.
|
5. Select the renewal period (i.e., 1 year or 5 years).
|
6. Based on the selected renewal period, the fee grid will be populated.
|
7. Upload the documents and make necessary payment. On successful payment, application is submitted.
|
8. After submission, an Acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent. Note the Acknowledgement Number for checking the application status.
|
9. After successful payment of the application fee, a Digitally Signed Registration Certificate will be issued by the Labour Department and will be available in the applicant’s Inbox on the portal for download.
