Application for grant of permission for removal and disposal of trees- Form C

Procedure to Apply

1. Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication. 
2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Forest --> Application for grant of permission for removal and disposal of trees - Form C
3. Enter mandatory fields such as first Name, street locality, pincode, Mobile No.,E-Mail, Property Details, Details of material obtained from felled trees , The Manner in which material will be removed that is by road, rail or waterways etc. 
4. Fill appropriate form details and upload required documents in JPEG/PDF/png format with size less than 2MB and greater than 10KB.
5. Click on the submit button to submit form. 
6. Once the application is authorized (approved/rejected), the status will be communicated via SMS/EMail. 
7. Upon receipt of the Approval status, download the Certificate of permission grant by clicking download link from the dashboard.

Processing time:    Sixty days (Right of Citizens to Time-bound Delivery of Public Services Act)

Documents required

1.Property/occupancy documents
2.Form B Permit, if any, granted by the Tree Officer
3.Other supporting documents (example: Construction plan, Death Certificates etc.)

Designated officer : Dy. conservator of forest

Appellate authority : Conservator of forest
