1. Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing your email id, mobile no, name, address, and date of birth along with OTP authentication.

2. On successful registration, log in using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Mines & Geology-->Mining affected truck owner's cess reimbursement scheme.

3. Enter the truck number and click on Go button.

4. Select the truck entries towards which reimbursement is to be applied (Maximum benefit can be availed for 2 trucks).

5. Enter the late fees (if paid).
|
6. Upload the payment receipt.
|
7. Enter the bank details.
|
8. Upload the bank passbook / cancelled cheque copy and click on Submit button.
|
9. Acknowledgement no will be generated which can be used for tracking purpose.
