Procedure to Apply

1. Register yourself on goaonline.gov.in and login.

2. Fill in the application form.

3. Attach relevant documents.

4. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.

5. Sample formats to be uploaded are there in the download tab

6. For preparing of submission plans, refer guidelines available under download form tab

7. Only System generated Form 1 available in Document upload should be submitted duly signed by Occupier

Processing time: Ninety days (Right of Citizens to Time-bound Delivery of Public Services Act)

Documents required

1.Approval for project /proposal by Goa Investment Promotion & Facilitation Board /Udyog Aadhaar.

2.N.O.C. From Municipality with photo copy of approval plans.

3.N.O.C. From Panchayat with photo copy of approval plans.

4.N.O.C. from Goa Industrial Development Corporation with photo copy of approval plans.

5.N.O.C. for Consent to Establish from Goa State Pollution Control Board

6.N.O.C. for Consent to Operate & Authorisation from Goa State Pollution Control Board

7.N.O.C. from Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation

8.N.O.C. from Directorate of Foods and Drugs Administration

9.N.O.C. from Captain of Ports

10.N.O.C. from Mormugao Port Trust

11.Board Resolution appointing one of the Directors/Partner as Occupier of the factory

12.Sale Deed

13.Lease Deed

14.Schematic flow chart of the manufacturing process.

15.Statistical data

16.Stability Certificate of the building / shed/ structure / work of engineering construction

17.Plans in duplicate in blue print/ CAD print

18.Risk Analysis Report
