Application for Issue of Initial NOC (FORM-I)

Fire & Emergency Department

 
Procedure to Apply

1. Register on www.goaonline.gov.in as an individual or an organisation by providing relevant details in the registration form and carry out OTP authentication of the user.
2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Fire & Emergency --> Initial NOC
3. Select the NOC category you want to apply for.
4. Fill in the application form by entering the required details.
5. Upload the necessary documents.
6. Submit the application and Proceed to Payment ( convenience Fee)
7. On successful payment , you will receive a receipt of the same and your application is then submitted to the respective fire officer based on the NOC category selected, Incase the height of building >= 15 mtr, the application will be mark to the Director for processing.
8. An acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent on submission of application. Note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking in track status menu available on Goa Online.
9. Upon verification and approval of the application by the concerned officer, the applicant will receive a notification to upload Form U (Undertaking signed) for the recommendation submitted by fire department.
10. Applicant will upload the FORM U document and submits the application.
11. After verifying the FORM U document, a digitally Signed Initial NOC will be issued by the Fire Department. This certificate will be available in the applicant’s Inbox on the portal for download.

Documents required

1. Architectural Plan of the Proposed Building consisting of Site Plan (if applicable)
2. Architectural Plan of the Proposed Building consisting of Elevation plan (if applicable)
3. Architectural Plan of the Proposed Building consisting of Section plan (if applicable)
4. Architectural Plan of the Proposed Building consisting of All Floor Plans (if applicable)
5. Fire Protection Plan of the Building showing Active and Passive Fire Protection Measures Proposed to be Incorporated (if applicable)
6. NOC from Local Authority/ Panchayat (if applicable)
7. Ownership document (Document to Establish Right Over the Property.)
8. Form U - An undertaking signed by the owner/applicant on a Rs. 50 stamp paper for abiding with the fire prevention and fire protection majors as required in the initial No Objection Certificate or as a mandate from time to time.
