Grievance registration

Procedure to Register

1. Register yourself on goaonline.gov.in and login.
2. Fill in the grievance details.
3. Attach documents supporting your grievance if any.
4. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for status tracking.
5. Note: List of subjects/topics which cannot be treated as grievances are RTI matter, judicial matter, religious matter, foreign governments, suggestions to the government & grievances of government employees concerning their service matter.
