Procedure to Apply

1. Register yourself on goaonline.gov.in to apply.
2. On the application form select the location which you intend to apply from the current advertisement listed.
3. Fill in the Institution details .
4. Attach self-attested copies of the mandatory documents. For the list of required documents kindly click the documents required tab.
5. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.
6. On application submission the system will generate challan receipt. Kindly print the same and pay the relevant fees towards the acknowledgement no.
7. The Challan receipt will also be available in dashboard for download.
8. Keep the acknowledgement no.handy for checking the status of your application

Documents required

1.Institution Registration Certificate or Certificate of incorporation
2.Copy of Bye-Laws/Articles of Association/Constitution of institution
3.PAN Card
4.TAN(TAN Format : 1234ABCDE1)
5.Last 3 years annual report
6.List of present office bearer
7.Income Tax returns of the last 3 years
8.Institution notified by the government
9.Affidavit
10.Cancelled Cheque
