1. Register yourself on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing your email ID, mobile number, name, address, and date of birth, followed by OTP verification.

2. After successful registration , Log in and Navigate to Services Menu -> All Services -> Revenue Department -> Digitally Signed Survey Plan

3. Enter mandatory fields such as Service, Plan Type, District, Taluka, Village, Survey number/PT sheet number and Sub division number/Chalta number.

4. Click Proceed to Payment, review the Fee Details (Processing fee), then click Pay Now and complete the payment via the gateway.

5. On successful payment the application shall be processed by the concerned ISLR.

6. Digitally signed survey plan copy will be available for download in your Inbox.
