Application for issuance of digitally signed survey plan

Procedure to Apply

1. Visit goaonline.gov.in and click on Services Menu >> All Services >> Revenue Department >> Issuance of Digitally signed Survey Plans.
2. Enter mandatory fields such as Service Type, Plan Type, District, Taluka, Village, Survey No/P.T Sheet and Sub Division/Chalta No
3. Click on Save and proceed to pay.
4. On successful payment the application shall be processed by the concerned ISLR.
5. Digitally signed survey plan in Portable data format (.PDF) will be available for download in your Inbox.
