1. Register yourself on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing your email ID, mobile number, name, address, and date of birth, followed by OTP verification.

2. After successful registration , Log in and Navigate to Services Menu -> All Services -> Revenue Department -> Form I and XIV.

3. Select District, Taluka, Village ,Survey Number , Sub Division Number from the list.

4. Click on Preview.Form I and XIV Preview will be displayed.
|
5. Click Proceed to Payment to apply for a digitally signed copy. The Payment Request Confirmation will be displayed. After confirming the request, the payment details will be displayed.

6. Click on Pay Now. You’ll be directed to secured payment portal.
|
7. After successful payment ,digitally signed copy will be made available for download in your Inbox.
