Application for Registration of Grant of License for Erection of Temporary Huts/Shack in the Private Property

Procedure to Apply

1. Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.

2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Tourism --> License For Erection Of Temporary Huts/Shack In Private Property

3. Click on Proceed to Apply button.

4. Enter the details and upload necessary documents. Click on submit application button to submit to the Department.

5. Kindly note the acknowledgement no. for tracking the status of your application and for making payments.

Documents required

1.Owned Premises: Valid House Tax Receipt / Title Documents (Gift Deed, Sale Deed, Form I & XIV / NOC from Local Authority) OR Leased/Rented Premises: Lease-and-Licence / Rent Agreement + Owner NOC + House Tax Receipt / NOC issued by Local Authority / Title Documents.

2.Site Plan showing location, precise location indicating landmark.

3.NOC from Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (if property is in Coastal Zone Area).

4.Affidavit for Registration of Temporary Shacks/Huts/Tents in Private Property.

5.Valid NOC from Directorate of Fire & Emergency Services.

6.Aadhaar Card of Applicant / Any Other ID Proof.

7.Copy of PAN Card (New only)
