1. Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.

2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Directorate of Women & Child Developement --> Grant in Aid Scheme to provide Financial Assistance to the Mahila Mandal /Women's Self Help Group -Swawlamban

3. Fill in the application form.

4. Upload the neccessary documents as per requirement.

5. Clauses towards declaration form needs to be duly checked and submitted.

6. Click on submit application button to submit the application to the department.

7. An acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent on submission of form. Note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.

8. Description:This scheme provides Financial Assistance to the Mahila Mandal/ SHGs for providing training under various trades in order to encourage women to undertake income generating activities and become self reliant. (1) Rs. 20,000/- as annual Grant-in-Aid for registered Mahila Mandal/Women’s Self Help Group for successful functioning in the Goa State. (2) Rs. 5,000/- shall be sanctioned per course for purchase of raw materials to every Mahila Mandal for conducting any activity for self employment. (3)Rs. 5,000/- will be paid per course as fixed honorarium to the Master trainer/Instructor.
