Registration of Tenements (Individual)

Procedure to Apply

1. Register yourself on to apply.
2. On the application form select the location which you intend to apply from the current advertisement listed.
3. Fill in the personal details and family income.
4. Attach self-attested copies of the mandatory documents. For the list of required documents kindly click the documents required tab.
5. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.
6. On application submission the system will generate challan reciept. Kindly print the same and pay the relevant fees towards the acknowledgement no.
7. The Challan reciept will also be availaible in dashboard for download.
8. Keep the acknowledgement no.handy for checking the status of your application.

Documents required

1.Birth proof of applicant issued by competent authority
2.Birth proof of the parent issued by competent authority
3.Residence certificate for 30 years issued by the mamlatdar
4.Bank Passbook/Cancelled cheque
5.Aadhaar card
7.Income certificate issued by competent authority.
10.Affidavit in prescribed format
11.Caste certificate incase of reserved category
12. Local certificate of applicant/parents issued by Panchayat/Municipality of 10 years (If applicable)
