Registration for allotment of residential plot/tenements(flats)

Procedure to Apply

1. Register yourself on to apply.
2. On the application form select the location which you intend to apply from the current advertisement listed.
3. Fill in the personal details and family income.
4. Attach self-attested copies of the mandatory documents. For the list of required documents kindly click the documents required tab.
5. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.
6. On application submission the system will generate challan reciept. Kindly print the same and pay the relevant fees towards the acknowledgement no.
7. The Challan reciept will also be availaible in dashboard for download.
8. Keep the acknowledgement no.handy for checking the status of your application.

Documents required

1.Category certificate - Mandatory(Only if other than General)
2.Income certificate issued by competent authority or the Income Tax Returns/Form 16 for the preceding financial year - Mandatory
3.Signature- Mandatory
4.Photograph- Mandatory
5.Aadhaar card- Mandatory
6.Pancard - Mandatory
7.Affidavit in prescribed format- Mandatory
8.Bank Passbook/Cancelled cheque- Any 1 must be uploaded
9.Birth Certificate/Passport Copy-[Self Attested] - Any 1 must be uploaded
10.Residence certificate of applicant(30 years) - Mandatory
11.Residence certificate of parents(30 years) - Mandatory (If applicant's period of residence is less than 30 years)
