1. Visit www.goaonline.gov.in and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Home Department--> NOC to return to Goa from Foreign countries.

2. Enter mandatory fields such as Name, Father/husband name, occupation, country returning,  proposed landing date in India, port of arrival in India, reason for returning, returing to which taluka in Goa,  details of the members with their passport number.

3. Upload applicant ID Proof and Address Proof in JPEG/PDF with max 2Mb size as mentioned in the application form.

4. Click on the submit application button.

5. Kindly note each member will undergo the testing and quarantine as per Standard Operating Procedures
