1. Visit www.goaonline.gov.in and complete the registration by providing your email ID, mobile number, name, address, and date of birth, followed by OTP verification.

2. After successful registration, log in and go to Profile -> Organisation Profile to create your Business Profile by entering the legal name of the business.

3. Validate the PAN details.

4. On confirmation of PAN number your Business Profile is created.
|
5. Navigate to Services Menu -> All Services -> Labour and Employment Department -> Contractor Registration (Contract Labour).

6. Fill out the application form by entering the required details such as Contractor Details (i.e Type of Contractor, Registration Number, Registration Date,etc), Other Details, Principal employer details, Manager/Director/Partner Details.

7. Upload all relevant documents & make necessary payment. On successful payment, application is submitted to department.

8. After submission, an Acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent. Note the Acknowledgement Number for checking the application status.

9. Upon verification of the application by the concerned officer, the applicant will receive a notification to make the payment.
|
10. After successful payment of the application fees, a digitally Signed Registration Certificate will be issued by the Labour Department.

11. This will be available in the applicant’s Inbox on the portal for download.
