Procedure to Apply

1. Register yourself on and login.
2. Fill in the application form.
3. Attach relevant documents.
4. Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for status tracking.

Documents required

1. Form I & XIV.
2. Site plan i.e. plan showing the area to be partitioned.
3. Survey plan.
4. Title / Ownership documents e.g. Sale Deed etc.

Designated officer : Dy. Collector/Sub Divisional Officer
