1. Visit www.goaonline.gov.in and complete the registration by providing your email ID, mobile number, name, address, and date of birth, followed by OTP verification.

2. Navigate to Services Menu -> All Services -> Revenue -> Conversion of Land (Sanad).

3. Fill out the application form by entering the required details, such as applicant name, address, mobile number, plot details, total area for conversion, and purpose of conversion.

4. Upload all relevant documents or mark them as offline, submit the documents to the respective departments, and complete the required payment. On successful payment, the application is submitted to the department.

5. After submission, an acknowledgement SMS and email will be sent. Note the Acknowledgement Number for checking the application status.
|
6. The department, after scrutiny of your application, may mark it back for necessary document compliance if needed.
|
7. Upon verification of the application by the concerned officer, the applicant will receive a notification to make the payment.
|
8. After successful payment of the application fee, a sanad will be issued by the department.
|
9. Sanad will be available in the applicant’s inbox on the portal for download.
