1. Register yourself on goaonline.gov.in and login.

2. Select District, Taluka and Village from the list.

3. Select Survey / Sub Div No. from the list and click on View.Details of Form I&XIV will be displayed.

4. Click on apply for digitally signed copy. Payment Request Confirmation & Payee details will be displayed.

5. Click on proceed to pay. You’ll be directed to secured payment portal.
|
6. Select payment mode(Credit Card,Debit Card,UPI etc..)
|
7. After successful payment ,digitally signed copy shall be made available for download only on verification of your application by the respective office
