Application for Registration of Hotel/GuestHouse/Homestay

Procedure to Register

1. Register on by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.
2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Tourism --> Application for Registration/Renewal of Hotel/Guest House
3. Select any one of the option either New or Renewal.
4. Select whether Hotel/Guest House. Enter details of applicant/company authorise persons along with hotel/guest house location details.
5. Upload necessary documents.
6. Click on submit application button. The application shall be submitted to the Department.
7. Kindly note the acknowledgement no. for tracking the status of your application
8. Note. All documents should be self attested by the applicant.

Processing time:    Ninety days

Documents required

1.Copy of License/NOC of Panchayat/Municipality / Trade Tax Receipt
2.Copy of Ownership Document / House Tax Receipt
3.Tariff card - Current financial year
4.Application made to Goa State Pollution Control Board (For less than or equal to 6 rooms)
5.Application made to Fire and Emergency Services (For less than or equal to 6 rooms)
6.NOC from Fire Services (For more than 6 rooms)
7.NOC from Goa State Pollution Control Board (For more than 6 rooms)
8.NOC from Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (In case of hotel in CRZ area)
9.Lease agreement OR Lease NOC from owner (In case of property on lease )
10.Copy of C-Form Registration (Optional - to be submitted within 90 days)
11.Copy of site drawing or plan. (Optional)
12.Goods and Services Tax registration certificate (Optional)
13.Sale Deed/Property Ownership document (Optional)
