1. Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.

2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Revenue --> Registration for Goans Returning from other States of India.

3. Enter mandatory fields such as Name, Father/husband name, occupation, Proposed arrival date, State arriving from with address, reason for returning and reason for travelling out of Goa before lockdown and date of leaving Goa and details of the members
|
4. Upload applicant ID Proof in JPEG/PDF with max 2Mb size as mentioned in the application form.

5. Upload document to support reason to travel out of Goa before lockdown in JPEG/PDF with max 5Mb size as mentioned in the application form.
|
6. Click on the submit application button.
|
7. Kindly note each member will undergo the testing and quarantine as per Standard Operating Procedures
|
8. Applicable for Goans who require travel assistance to return to Goa from other States.
Incase you are travelling to Goa in your own vehicle , then select the service "Travel Permit" to apply.
For non-Goan citizen who wants to return to their States , then select the service "Registration for non-Goans wanting to return to their Native State"
