1. Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.

2. On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Revenue --> Registration of Non-Goans wanting to return to their Native State.

3. Enter mandatory fields such as Name, Father/husband name, occupation, arrival date in Goa before lockdown, Native State with address, reason for returning and reason for travelling to Goa before lockdown and proposed date of going back and details of the members

4. Upload applicant ID Proof in JPEG/PDF with max 2Mb size as mentioned in the application form.

5. Click on the submit application button.
